I wanted to talk about routines today… do you have a morning routine each day?
Here’s mine on a good day…I will add the nature of my work means I don’t usually have
to start until 10-11am each day although when I do the school run I probably only manage one or two of these;
✨wake up – test heart rate
✨hot lemon water 🍋 with Himalayan salt
✨grounding and priming – usually outside with our chickens…
✨warm and cold shower, dry brushing for circulation!
✨green smoothie for the road
