Daily Routines

I like to focus on habits.  Habits mean I can automate my  life and have one less thing to think about.  Here’s my morning drink routine.

  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • dash of quality mineral rich salt (himalayan, grey salt)
  • Warm water – diluted to personal taste
  • That’s it…  Enjoy!
