Yoga in the outdoors is an incredible experience. And whilst we don’t always have unbroken sunshine here in Northumberland, we do always have Mother Nature’s listening ear. Come and sit in the dunes and let the sound of the waves wash your cares away.
Forrest Yoga is known for long static poses. We hold each pose long enough to really get a feel for the therapeutic effects to take shape.
Stretch Therapy (ST) is a comprehensive system that includes stretching, fascial remodelling, strengthening, neural re-patterning, and relaxation. The goals are grace and ease, and this is experienced as enhanced awareness and elegance in movement.
Find someone who will listen
We all have things that trouble us from time-to-time. Finding a good listener can be such a relief. If we’re lucky, our partners and close friends make key ‘listeners’ but most of us don’t want to overburden partners who also have their own stresses and problems. A professional ‘listener’ can be the perfect solution.
Bodywork looks and feels a lot like massage but the aim is really quite different. Through touch and other senses we are deeply listening to the body in order bring about a natural state of stillness. It’s about harmonising the body, spirit and mind. It’s also about accessing and releasing the bodies stored experience of trauma.
If you are called to do deeper soul work I have been initiated in the Munay Ki healers rites. Soul retrieval and journeying for soul contracts are the most requested ceremonies I perform. I have testimonials from clients if you would like to know more.

I’d love to say ‘unfairly compared to a Hobbit’, but with a love of green spaces, simple food, and an aversion to any technology more modern than a watermill, it’s actually close to the mark!
