It starts with the breath and how we hold ourselves and move in our bodies.

Simple movements and practices can change our whole life’s trajectory…I know, because it happened to me!!

And it’s happened for the clients I work with!!

Often we feel like we’re late to the party, like we’ve missed something, like it’s too late to start now???
